• Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

  - We do! We offer vegetarian and nut free items at each restaurant.

• Cancellation/Prepayment - Online ticket purchases are refundable up to 24 hours before tour time, and reservations may be changed to another date and/or time (subject to availability).

• Parking/Directions - If you need to drive to a set pick-up point near downtown Austin, there is a large amount of pay-to-park spots along most roads, which is convenient.

• Additional Information - The tour route may be changed due to unforseen traffic, construction, weather, parades, and sporting events.

  Smoking and Drinking is not allowed in the tour vehicle, though, if discussed before tour departure, stops can be arranged for these activities.

  Request for special accommodations will be addressed by management. Special arrangements may require as long as 48 hours of notice to secure.
